Feverish and Craving for Hot Cakes..

Germs..go away please.. 

I'm still on leave today due to fever.. I just got it yesterday.. I don't know who brought this nasty germs.. Now I have to stay at home wrapped in blanket and a "cool fever" pad on my forehead.. *sigh* 

On the other hand.. I have the opportunity to have a good rest after a long 6-days a week-job.. I'm not complaining or anything.. But someone under my condition should not be long exposed with a room full of sweaty people.. Not to mention those who missed their shower and rushed to morning shift? Brrrrrrrr....

Now I'm beginning to miss gaming so much.. I missed spending the entire day in my room, having a blast with the latest Nancy Drew or Black Mirror or anything else that tickle the fancy.. I have tried to spend at least 2-3 hours , 2-3 times a week for this particular thing that I love so much.. But.. I was stopped by my constant-nausea episode which make concentrating / focusing in something is rather difficult.. (even when I'm working).. The only game that I can play while holding to my nausea is Solitaire.. 

And also, to make up for the 2-3 hours , 2-3 times a week that my husband and myself have agreed on (for a Me-Time) I returned to my downloading activities.. Mostly on Leverage Season 4 episodes.. and some old movies like Johnny English and also subbed Gaki no Tsukai.. 

I have to say the season 4 of Leverage is great.. I love how Parker and Hardison begin to develop their feelings to one another and Nate and Sophie.. although they both are trying to keep it low (in last season they both have a fling after defeating Monro.. Hohohoo.) but somehow in episode 8, the other members know since Nate and Sophie were cold-read by the mark who happen to be the great grifter.. :-D Still in progress in downloading episode 9.. With a slow connection line that runs 15kb per sec, I don't know when will I be able to finish the whole season.. Well, actually the only available episodes are up till 10.. I believe the US haven't reach the finale yet..

I'm so craving for something sweet now.. I just have a salad for lunch.. I'm not trying to be  modest for having a small meal or gone diet or anything , but that's the only thing I can eat for the moment.. I have tried eating a small bar of cadbury but seems not satisfying my crave.. I'm having a huuugeee crave for hot cakes with syrup at the moment.. I know , you probably gonna say "go and cook one" but honey.. let me tell you, while I'm pregnant, I can't eat anything that I cooked.. I don't why but it happens that way.. I wonder if there's a restaurant or coffee shop that sells hotcakes in the morning... (Oh, don't EVER mentioned Mc Donald to me coz we don't have one in Bintulu..) 

How I miss this.... :-(

What I HATE about TV Dramas

Yeah.. I wish I could do this over a bad tv series..

What do you hate the most about tv drama..? Mine would be :

1. Too much cliff hanger scenes.. Urghhhh!! get over it already!
2. Malay dramas that constantly using the same plot about rich family fighting each other over family fortune... NEXTTTT!!!!
3. Horror drama/movie that wants to make an ending that seems mysterious to the viewers but come out nonsensical which make people go like what??????
4. Drama with "spastic" sense of humor.. I mean , come on.. We don't live in the 3 stooges era anymore.. (i don't mean their humor is spastic.. they are great.. but people should do something fresh and new not copying other people stuff)
5. Drama that a little bit too much of sappiness.. I watch tv to relax.. not to depress myself..
6. Actors who act word by word on script or what us Malay would call "skema".. I vote for natural not posy..
7. Drama that have over 100++ episodes and the villain seems not to die easily , like she's having a 9 life...??? I get bored too easily over this kind of tv series..

Going Ga-Ga Over F4

I remember when Meteor Garden was a hit and everyone was going gaga over the Taiwanese F4 .. My little sister even bought the F4 sticker and stick 'em at my parents room (which now is MY ROOM!) Huhuhuhu.. Btw , I watched this series 'coz my college roommate's bought the CDs and she wouldn't stop talking about how she was head over heels for those F4.. So , I was naturally curious..

For me it was okay but when I finally get my hands on the latest F4 - Boys over Flowers , I change my mind about this series.. I was immediately fall in love.. (I wish I felt the same for Meteor Garden though...)

Overall Review
Actually I am yet to watch Japanese version of Boys over Flowers but what I can say from the trailer that I watched , Makino is SO KAWAII!!! Wuwuuwuwu.. I think she’s the best female protagonist of the series..	Was okay.. Am not much of a fan when this series were out.. Probably because I’m not much into something people in college were going ga-ga with.. (I gotta admit that I am a bit weird back in college.. I tend not to like things that everybody else was into)	One word – AWESOME!!! I was a bit skeptical at first but just minutes after the 1st episode I was immediately in love with the story flow , characters and emotion projection ..
Characters
Hmmmm.. I gotta say the only character I fancied is Makino.. She’s cute!!	Hua Ze Lei is the winner!! I can see him portraying the first love interest of Shan Chai.. And he’s perfect	Although I adore Goo Jyun Po , but my absolute favourite would be So Yi Jeung!!! Aaaaaa… I know he’s a playboy in that series but the heck , I fall head over heels for him!!
Storyline Wise
Erkk.. sorry guys .. I hope I can watch this series soon and will give my thought about it..	I like the fact when Shan Chai stands up against the F4 when she send back the “red letter” to them .. What I DON’T LIKE is when Dao Ming Shi’s lost his memory.. Too much lagging on that part.. L	Love the story flow pace although it comes a little rushing .. I would love to see Geum Jan Di get revenge for F4 treatment over her .. Not much to see except when she kick Goo Jyun Poo.. hahhaha.. Also , I wish there’s more to So Yi Jeung developed relationship with Chu Ga Eul..

The Walking Dead

Be very-very afraid..

I like zombie movies , be it the funny or the gore and horror one.. There's something about "survival" thing that made my adrenaline go rushing to my vein.. (okay.. that's a bit over the top connotation)

My friend Am has introduced a tv series which is called "Walking Dead".. I found 2 complete episode and downloaded them.. My first impression of the series is this one moving a bit slow.. I mean , if you are going to be the first one to make a hit series about zombies and stuff , you better get rid of too much "lagging-intro" .. I don't want to expose a spoiler here but , I gotta tell you the 1st introduction of the series showing the protagonist discussing about marriage issues is not going to cut it... I just forward the whole damn conversation to the part when one of the protagonist got shot and ended up in a deserted hospital..

As far as the zombies , I'm impressed .. I like the "intelligent" part of the zombies where they actually can run quite fast when they are hungry and they can actually "think".. Like when the survivors are all trapped in the mall , one of the zombie tried to get in by smashing the glass door with a brick.. And I like the fact that the zombie isn't too slow and not too fast in movement aspect.. Hate the walkers in the "28 weeks later" movie where all of them run like athletes.. Hell! How would you pass zombies with dripping blood , look sickly hungry and chasing ridiculously fast like that??? EVEN Watson Nyambek would say 'Hell no!'

Overall , despite its sluggish introduction and lack of serious zombie-chasing scene , I'm going to stick around for this series.. *am waiting for episode 3 to be uploaded*

Loving Friends..

Firstly ,am really sorry I've not keeping my pace again with this blog.. I know.. I know.. I'm terrible with routine .. :-(

Btw , last time we talk about "FRIENDS" .. and I have shared some of my bitter past experience encountering the mentioned entities (and still trying to recover) . Today I'm going to share one drama series that is by the title FRIENDS but for me it's more on the romantic side of in FRIENDSHIP .

The drama itself is about a Japanese girl who spend her vacation in Hong Kong woth her bestfriend who later got mugged by a chinese and then mistakenly accused an innocent amateur Korean director.. Despite being humiliated and pissed off (well.. who can blame him..) , the korean guy Kim Ji-Hoon (stared by the ever so sexy Won Bin..) feel pity for the japanese girl , Tomoko (stared by Kyoko Fukada) . He bought her dinner and later in exchange of his kindness , Tomoko agreed to star in his independent short movie .

The two then stay connected while miles apart from each other . They drew close to each other and the relationship grow more and more each day . Tough they didn't really mentioned the 3 magical words but I do think they both love each other . And so.. after some obstacle in their relationship (with Ji-Hoon have to attend his army service etc..etc.. that typical love story's obstacle.. u know what I mean..) they finally with each other! Happy ending for everybody..

What strike me the most about this drama other than the hot Won Bin is by the fact that I used to have a long distance relationship as well .. Yeah.. You heard it right.. When I was in secondary school , I have this penpal from Philippines name Christopher Ngayaan .. I don't know where the heck that I keep all his letter but I sure do remember all the contents.. Although it's not as romantic as the drama .. but we do have a strong friendship despite we never meet each other .. I remember that time I mentioned to him that when I grow up I wanted to be an astronaut because I love stars so much (I still love stars although that dream of becoming an astronaut is miles away from me.. huhuhuhuu..) , he said that he decided he wanted to be a pilot so that when we both grow up , he can be the pilot in my space shuttle.. Aw.... how sweet.. huhuhuhu..

But then , I don't know.. I lost contact with him after I went to Form 4.. I kinda wondered how he's doing right now.. I even googled the guy's name and search him in facebook . But alas... nothing.. May be he's a pilot now.. flying high in the sky while me.... hmmmm.. jobless.. and a bit miserable..

It is nice to have some good memories with someone although just in a brief of time or not even involved in serious relationship .. It kinda reminds you that love isn't all about being in a steady relationship.. You can love someone as a friend .. and you can have it for the rest of your life ..

So.. girls.. guys.. don't limit yourself to be friendly with people just because you wanted a husband or wife.. Be generous of your feeling.. everybody deserves to be treated as good as you want people to treat you .. (and it doesn't mean you can go more than friendly with other people's wife and husband.. it's just WRONG!) .. huhuhuhu..

Okay.. hari tok dh abis tgk episode 2 Cinderella's Sister.. dlm episode keduak tok , Eun-Jo ngan mak nya dh di accept masok lam family Dae-Song.. Actually kan , Hyo-Sun x la se-annoying yg aku baca lam recaps.. Kiut bah nya.. hehehhehe.. I can see la why nya excited bila Eun-Jo jd "unni" nya.. Being the only child and mak nya dh ninggal mmg sunyik la.. Dpt nangga yg Hyo-Sun mpun kebaikan tok genuine .. Tp ya la.. Si Eun-Jo tok membesar dlm environment yg berbeza , mmg patut la juak nya agak "dingin" dgn layanan bait Hyo-Sun.. kekadang aku kesian juak ngan Hyo-Sun dilayan kasar2 oleh Eun-Jo..

Kang-Sook (mak Eun-Jo) dh pon kawen ngan Dae-SOng.. eeeeeeeee.. geram ku nangga ke-plastic-an mpuan yaaaaa.. dpn org kan main gik lemah-gemalai.. ninjak semut x mati.. tp mun d blakang.. HUH~! kdak pa jak..

X sure juak aku dlm drama tok Eun-Jo ngan Hyo-Sun ya form brapa... aku agak2 may b dlm form 4 la kali based on part Eun-Jo molah math ada algebra.. *gasp* (aku mencik algebra.. huhuhuu..) Eun-Jo x sempat bersekolah tapi nya agak cerdit juak la.. cepat pick-up.. despite nya mpun background la kan.. Part nok paling best mestiiiiiiiiiiiiiii la part nok ada Ki-Hoon oppa.. hahhahaahaa.. eeee.. hencemmmmmm org laki ya.. aku suka nangga nya offer Eun-Jo kerusi ngan meja k molah homework.. Tp , biasa la Eun-Jo tok ada ego sikit.. ditolak la nya.. TOLAK??? org laki hensem offer pun tolak?? wuwuwuuwuwuwuu.. berik aku jakkkkk..

Sigek gik part best bila Ki-Hoon oppa meli sanggul rambut utk Eun-Jo.. dari kaca lagik (kira symbolic ceta Cinderella utk glass slipper la tek..) Sooooooooo sweeeetttt org laki ya.. huhuhuu..

Apa-apa pun episode 2 tok best.. Explain la knak Eun-Jo tok nya jd bitter.. Nya jeles nangga mak nya dotted upon her step sister rather than herself.. (alaaaaa.. Kang-Sook ya eksen ajak bait.. x da nya bebenar ikhlas sayang ngan anak tirik nya ya..) Selain ya relationship between Ki-Hoon oppa ngan Eun-Jo dh start develop.. ahhhhh... i love Korean romance.. huhuhuu..

Mun compare ngan ceta My Love Patzzi (starring Jang Nara), bagi aku ceta Cinderella's Sister tok ada make sense sikit.. Kira correlate la juak ngan ceta Cinderella .. dr 1st episode tok aku nangga nang ceta tok byk main "narration" and scene nok slow motion ya.. hehehhee..

Characters bagi aku mmg dynamic.. Maksud nya x la static @ kaku mcm baca dialog.. (though aku sbnrnya agak "annoyed" nangga watak si Cinderella lam ceta tok.. ) hahahhaa..

(unlikely absent-minded juak Cinderella tok eh..) Apa yg org x tauk , si Ki-Hoon tok ada adalah waris sebuah company kaya d Seoul .. Nya tgh dlm pelarian.. hehehhee..


So far ceta tok x lari dr typical ceta drama Korea.. Byk conflict and complicated characters.. Bagi aku ceta Cinderella's Story byk menekan pada pahit hidup seorg anak yg dr kecik sampey nya besar x dpt kasih-sayang sepatut nya dr mak n ayah.. Aku agak tersentuh ngan sigek scene bila mak Eun-Jo tgh kelaii ngan si boyfriend nya , Eun-Jo cepat2 makan.. mbiak kecik nok chubby2 (aku assume anak boyfriend Kang-Sook)tanyak la.. pahal makan sorg2 , x ngidang ngan nya ajak.. Eun-Jo pun jwb.. "Ko x dgr bising2 kat dlm nun? Aku x tauk gik bila aku dpt makan.. Tok may be meal aku yg terakhir.. So , jangan kaco aku"..

I must say.. this is the reason I stay up night till morning... but alas.. in vain.. *sob..sob..*

But , nothing beats "nangga ngan bigik mata dikmpun" than "alahai slow nya line bagus ku baca sypnosis nya ajak" ... Aku mok rasa mcm ney feel nya nangga ceta ya dikmpun.. alaaaaaa... mok juak bah bahu terenjut2 nahan sedih , sambil ngelap aek mata k tisu nok hampir2 abis.. huhuhuhuu..

Truth be told , aku rindu moment mcm ya.. Last ceta series nok brjaya molah aku sedih mcm ya adalah ceta "Seputeh Qaseh Ramadhan".. or mun mok compare sama genre.. ceta "Autumn in My Heart".. ya ajak la nok prnah molah ku tersedu2 sorg2 dpn tv.. alahai.. those were the days..

Okay.. line ku meragam balit , which means aku trpaksa reset balit modem n restart all over again.. *sigh* ...... I need a drink.. better ku kawal dirik ku ngan secawan milo panas b4 aku gigit lappy aku tok buat kali yg ke 1000000000000..
